I've always had a fascination with the shadow lives that spill onto the streets of the Los Angeles basin and the San Fernando Valley when the night falls. Here is my watercolor of it. I hope you enjoy it.

This lyric started as a children's song back in 1978 but I never completed the lyric. I yanked it out of the drawer a few weeks ago, sat down with a guitar and this is (almost) what came out. This recording was done here at home with a wonderful recording program containing musical samples from some of the best musicians out there today. So grateful for the technology.
